Automation of nesting technology creation and control programs for gas-oxygen, plasma, laser machines, guillotine shears

1.Data base of orders, details. Libraries of parametric macros. Import geometry from .DXF

        Tool for storing and converting object information from external formats. The work orders accepted at the input of the production orders are automatically entered into the order database with the interactive addition of the necessary parameters and the marking of the date of editing. Organization of new order structures (in terms of materials, thickness, parts...) and referencing of previously created ones, enables quick input of cut-to-size, group parts into the project, or transfer (export) results - reports to CAD/CAM systems. Integration with external applications.

2.Multitool processing in parallel and sequential mode;

       Designing technology with consideration of sheet processing with two and more cutting heads, and the possibility to connect in a single control program processing of different tools, allows effectively carry out processing of large and medium-sized batches of parts.

3.Optimum auto positioning;

        Very short auto-placement times are the result of a powerful placement algorithm - by hodograph. It is the most efficient solution for the placement of parts with complex geometries of different nomenclature and in large quantities. It can serve to solve the problem of estimating the cost of parts, products (by weight or number of sheets-billets required), at the moment before the launch of the product in production.

6.Techniques of optimum technology;

        Automation of technological calculations for the design of trajectories, approaches, waste, loops, skips, technological commands, implements a high-performance approach to the construction of non-standard trajectories. This will significantly reduce processing time, sheet material and auxiliary material consumption for the cutting process.
